Our services

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions built around what you're working through — anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or just the everyday weight that builds up over time. Your clinician works at your pace, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.

Family & Couples Therapy

Sessions that bring in the people around you, when that's part of the healing — repairing communication, working through conflict, or supporting a family member through a difficult diagnosis or transition. We help families understand each other and move forward together.

Family sessions

Grief & Loss Counseling

Support for processing loss — of a loved one, a relationship, a role, or a version of life you expected to have. Grief doesn't move in a straight line, and we meet you wherever you are in that process, for as long as you need. As a grief counseling practice that accepts Medicaid, we make sure cost isn't what stands between you and support.

Initial Evaluation & Treatment Planning

Your first session is about understanding the full picture — what's going on, what's already been tried, and what a realistic plan looks like going forward. We build your treatment plan with you, not for you.

First appointment

Telehealth

Secure video and phone sessions for clients across Maryland who can't easily get to an office — whether that's a car, a commute, childcare, or a work schedule. Telehealth clients receive the same quality of care as in-person sessions.
